Providing therapy on horseback for disabled children and adults in the Atlanta Area since 1984. Come 501 (c)(3) organization (Ride Atlanta, Inc.
dba The Reece Center) that exists mainly on donations. We have no paid staff. Everyone that works at the Center is a volunteer and gives of their time and talent for the love of helping the disabled children and adults of the Atlanta area achieve great things through interaction with horses.
We hope everyone is enjoying their summers! We are on our summer schedule- so no classes this Saturday. Our amazing volunteers continue to take care of our horses every day and we are so appreciative!

What an amazing day yesterday was! We had some wonderful new volunteers and we have “moved in” to the barn for classes for the summer! We are so grateful for this option as the heat can be brutal!
Thank you to everyone that makes it work every Saturday (and every other day of the year!). We are truly a Reece Center family!

We made it “over the hump!” Time to set our sights on the horizon- Saturday is coming!
We have classes this Saturday! Remember we are starting early to beat some of the heat! We appreciate volunteers at 7:30 am to help get the horses ready and we are done by 12 pm.

Come see us at Drake Field in Peachtree City! We are here until 2 PM! We have some great giveaways and popcorn! You can visit lots of other vendors and nonprofits here also!

We are so looking forward to this great event tomorrow! We participate every year and this year it is in an even better location! Come on out and learn about The Reece Center and lots of other organizations that are a part of our great community!

Can you believe it! No rain yesterday during classes! The double rainbow on the way in told us it was going to be a wonderful day and it was!
Thank you to all our volunteers that make it happen and all the families that trust us with your children! We hope everyone has an amazing week!

Don’t look now, but Saturday is almost here! We are believing the weather people and we think the rain is going to hold off during classes! All fingers and appendages crossed!!
CLASSES ARE ON!
We’ll see you at the barn tomorrow (and don’t forget we start at 8 am and are done by noon!).
We are so grateful for all the rain! We need it! Will we still be grateful if it rains on Saturday? Yes, just not as gleeful about it!
We are watching the weather for Saturday. Keep your eyes on our page here for updates. At this time, we are still planning to have classes.
Remember, we are starting our summer semester, so classes will start at 8 am on Saturday to try and beat some heat (and maybe some rain!).
We’ll see you at the barn (or maybe on The Ark!).
On this Memorial Day, as you enjoy friends, family and freedom, we hope you take a moment to remember the men, women and animals that have all made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve that freedom!
