Jen Ragen’s solar story started with a mix of energy efficiency, environmental values, and electric vehicles.

After moving from a row home into a single-family home in Philadelphia with a pool, central air, and higher electric bills, Jen and her husband began looking for ways to reduce their household energy use. When they bought their first electric vehicle in 2014, solar became the next logical step.

Ten years later, Jen’s rooftop solar system has generated more than 100 megawatt-hours of electricity and has helped power a home with two electric vehicles, a pool, and work-from-home energy use.

Check out Jen’s tour to hear how solar has helped her household lower costs, reduce emissions, and make EV ownership even cleaner. 👉 https://link.exactsolar.com/qS4SQ

Last week, one of our sales engineers, Jenna Dunne, attended the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s 12th Annual Women Business Leaders Forum, where she spent the day taking part in panel discussions, meeting women leaders from across New Jersey, and connecting with businesses in industries including manufacturing.

For Jenna, it was also a great opportunity to talk with companies about how solar may fit into their facilities and long-term energy plans! Thank you to NJBIA for bringing together such a strong group of business leaders for a great day of conversation, networking, and new ideas.

Could your organization qualify for an additional solar tax credit?

Eligible solar projects in designated energy communities can receive a bonus that increases a qualifying federal tax credit from 30% to 40% of eligible project costs.

Our latest blog breaks down what this means for businesses, nonprofits, schools, and municipalities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, how to check your location, and what to know before moving forward. Read it here 👉 https://link.exactsolar.com/0OQUB

Kevin Sames and his household chose solar for two big reasons: helping the environment and lowering long-term electricity costs.

After researching several solar companies, they chose Exact Solar because the team was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer every question along the way.

Their 9.36 kW rooftop solar system in Burlington, NJ features Axitec panels and SolarEdge inverter technology. Since going solar, Kevin shared that their electric bill has dropped dramatically, even with high summer usage from their pool.

We had a wonderful time sponsoring the Greater Atlantic City Chamber’s Beyond the Business Card event at the Arts Garage earlier this week!

Our own Jenna Dunne is an active member of the Chamber and always enjoys Beyond the Business Card events as an opportunity to connect with other local businesses and members of the South Jersey community. This time, she also got to put her hospitality skills to work, hosting a beautiful brunch spread for everyone to enjoy while networking in such a unique venue.

Jenna always embraces the opportunity to talk solar in South Jersey, and we’re also excited to offer Greater Atlantic City Chamber members $1,000 off their solar installation with Exact Solar.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! ☀️

Ron Fine and his wife had been thinking for years about how they could reduce reliance on fossil fuels and be part of the shift toward cleaner energy.

After connecting with Solarize Delco at a local ecofair, they were referred to Exact Solar and moved forward with a 6.6 kW residential solar installation at their home in Media, PA.

Ron’s roof layout came with some challenges, including local egress requirements, but our team worked carefully to maximize the available space and help make the system possible.

Today, Ron says their electric bill is often down to little more than PECO’s minimum monthly charge.
