We built it summer 2025 and it sold before we completed. What a long winter! We’re back in Nixa for 3 homes in 2025. First house is 1139 S Gregg Road. This is 1.8 miles from Nixa High School. 3.2 acres in Christian County just outside of Nixa City limits.
