The federal ban isn’t coming if it does it’ll likely be replaced by schedule three as insurance companies vow to begin covering cannabis. ‼️Missouri H**p Alert ‼️

HB 2641 is scheduled for a vote tomorrow in the Senate Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee. If this bill advances, it could eliminate nearly every h**p product category in Missouri except beverages.

This bill has been presented as regulation, but the language tells a very different story. Even if Congress ultimately allows the full spectrum of h**p products nationwide, Missouri businesses could still be forced to remove gummies, v**es, flower and other products from shelves.

That means farmers losing markets, small businesses closing their doors, employees losing jobs and consumers losing access to products they rely on every day.

For years, the h**p industry has asked for reasonable regulation such as testing standards, age restrictions and enforcement against bad actors. What we are facing now is not regulation. It is prohibition!

Missouri h**p businesses, farmers, veterans, chronic pain patients and thousands of consumers need their voices heard before this vote happens.

Please take a moment today to respectfully contact the members of the Senate Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee and ask them to OPPOSE HB 2641.
