HRALA

Cheers to coffee chats on a Friday morning! Our meet-ups in Virginia Beach and Norfolk were just what we needed to tackle the day and slip into the weekend.

Good leadership shows in actions, not words. Such a great takeaway from this month’s chapter lunch meeting yesterday featuring Jasmine Einfree, Operations Manager for Morale, Welfare, and Recreation at Naval Station Norfolk, as our guest speaker.

is the perfect mix of learning and playing. This yearly conference is always energizing as it allows us to take a break from the daily routine and to be around colleagues who are passionate about what they do. So glad we had this time together this week!

Through the doors of The Black Oak Private Events tonight, we found holiday fun, great food by East Beach Catering, and even better company. Cheers to HRALA!

Another year of volunteering at the Mayflower Marathon, a food and funds drive, in support of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore! We had a crew in Suffolk this morning and a crew in Virginia Beach tonight. Such a good time for a great cause!

Lots of fun and games had tonight as we gathered to thank our business partners for sponsoring our chapter this year. We’re so thankful for their support!

Dean Browell, Chief Behavioral Officer for Feedback, delivered the best crash course in surviving and thriving in a cross-generational office at our annual Law Firm/Office Appreciation Luncheon. Plus, he challenged us to think about life stages over generations. Today’s event had us learning and laughing together - and - appreciating the support of our chapter’s top sponsor this year, TowneBank.

Such great information learned today from the leaders of the Legal Studies Academy at First Colonial High School. Our offices and firms can learn so much from these students and we can help them develop their interest in the law and the many ways its practiced - from real estate transactions to criminal cases. Special thanks to Southern Bank for sponsoring our chapter this year and being the featured business partner for today's lunch meeting at Town Center City Club.

We were "bowled over" by all the fun we had celebrating our business partners last night at Apex Entertainment Virginia Beach! 🎳 We so appreciate the support they provide our chapter and law offices all year long. 🥰
