Call: Tenant reported finding live bats inside the bathroom area. Upon inspection, we found a bat colony living inside the attic and crawling down a void in the wall.
Solution: Once the young bats were old enough to fly, ACME techs found and sealed off all access points and installed one way bat cones to allow all bats to safely exit. Once the attic was reinspected and all bats were excluded, we then returned to clean/remove the accumulations of bat f***s and disinfected/sanitized the entire attic area.
