Model Citizen

Whether it's stopping by for some new Barware, asking us all your cocktail questions, or just enjoying some drinks and games with friends, it's always a good time here at Model Citizen Cocktail Supply. Just one example of the fun and games that go on here when you want a place to hang with friends for some fun and games 😎

You know a seltzer is good when you try one, and immediately want to keep it stocked in your fridge at home 24/7! At least that's what Sean does most of the time, because Suntory's -196 Vodka Seltzers are just that good!

Tomorrow (09/26/26) is special tasting event highlighting one of the most popular hard seltzers that has come over from Japan, and is making waves here in the U.S.! From 2pm-6pm at Model Citizen Cocktail Supply, we'll be doing tastings of these refreshing bevvies, have an expert on hand to tell you all about the process of making them, and have plenty to take home and enjoy!

Even better, we made sure to get a license extension for tomorrow, and you'll be able to Sip and Shop at your leisure as you peruse Selden Market!

Serve your guests drinks without being stuck behind a bar all night!
Punch match is our favorite way to prepare cocktails in bulk without having to stress too hard about leftovers.
Flip through to get the gist, then here's an example!
20 guests, 3 servings per guest = 90oz of booze, 30 oz of citrus, 60oz of something sweet and 120 oz of dilution.
As far as the spice factor, we suggest using bitters purchased from our shop, or a little nutmeg. Really though, the "spice" example just needs to be aromatic. A mint garnish counts!
If you want your drinks even faster, pick up a bottle of Fast Fashion and set it out next to your favorite aged spirits and let your guests make their own! They'll figure it out, we promise.

We loved delivering to our neighbors! Saved in gas by walking this round over to our friends at Hells Kitchen Norfolk .
Go get you one!

We're thrilled to add a local legend to our account list! Wickers Crab Pot has been the home of many family moments over the years, and evolved into a favorite business lunch spot, and of course the home of a yearly "appointment" with the legendary Jake Parrott .
Thanks to the Wicker's team for the support, and go get you an Old Fashioned and some delicious crabs! The jumbos we had for lunch yesterday were bonkers.

Menu tomorrow, hand rolls better than Norfolk has ever seen, this Sunday 7/12 1pm-7.

Josh has been reconnecting with Indian cuisine over the last year, and it's time to take some recipes for a ride!
Join us this Sunday for a slightly scaled back MC, featuring some classic and slightly modified Indian dishes paired with the killer cocktails you know and love.
Details & menu to come!

They've also got some killer tomatoes, butter beans, the best onions you've ever had, and soups that we also make, frozen in the cold case!
James and Cathy have been friends of the brand for years and we're so proud to be among the quality local products they sell.

We're counting down to a biiiiiig push.
Fast Fashion coming at ya.
