We just completed this exterior makeover for a client...what a difference from the before to the after! The homeowner made great material and color choices. The vertical board and batten in the peaks in the complimentary color really gives the home an entirely new look and feel. Painting the garage door made a huge difference too! Add in a couple new light fixtures and this house looks amazing!

We are working with this client on three projects...replace their patio, replace their patio door and update their kitchen. The patio and patio door are done, but not without issues. Once we removed the vinyl siding to replace the patio door, we discovered that their windows were not installed correctly...no flashing, no tape, no caulk! Moisture had gotten behind the siding and the house wrap causing the wall sheeting to rot and mold. Thankfully, we found it before the moisture got into the house. We properly flashed, taped and caulked five windows and installed the new patio door. During the process, we found the gutter on the house was not re-installed by the roofing contractors the client hired a couple years ago...so we re-installed it correctly too. Unfortunately, this small project really escalated once we got into it, but it was good that we discovered everything when we did and not before it got worse.

We just completed this deck replacement and what a difference!! The original deck was built with pressure treated lumber. It was looking "tired and used". We replaced it with a new composite deck. The railings are black aluminum and include a composite drink rail.

There were a couple unique features to this project. We had to frame around a tree growing in the middle of the deck. We also angled the corner of the deck to give it a very custom look and feel.
