We're thrilled to welcome Ms. Renee to the Mulberry family for her first year! With 15 years of teaching experience in California—including music, 2nd grade, Kindergarten, and Transitional Kindergarten—she brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm to our Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms.

Ms. Renee believes the best learning happens through play, which made Mulberry feel like the perfect fit. Her classroom is engaging, welcoming, and encouraging, where students are celebrated for their unique strengths and inspired to try new things every day.

From "Jobs & Choices" play-based learning to exciting units like The Gingerbread Man, Ms. Renee is passionate about helping children grow in confidence, kindness, and curiosity. We know our students are going to love learning with her!

We're so excited to welcome Ms. Beverly to the Mulberry family for her first year teaching our 5-day Pre-K class!

After seven years in the classroom and nine years at home raising her two daughters, she's thrilled to be back doing what she loves—helping young learners grow in confidence and discover the joy of learning.

Ms. Beverly's classroom is yellow, calm, and happy—a true home away from home where every child is safe, loved, and valued. From animated story times and hands-on science to gardening, beekeeping, and even growing "grass heads" that need haircuts, every day is filled with curiosity, laughter, and wonder.

With a classroom theme song of "Happy" by Pharrell Williams, you can bet there's plenty of music, dancing, and smiling happening in Room Ms. Beverly! We can't wait to see the incredible year ahead.

Mulberry just wouldn't be Mulberry without Ms. Colette! For more than 25 years, she has been filling our preschool classrooms with laughter, creativity, and so much love.

If you've ever been one of her "Groovy Cats," you know her Pete the Cat classroom is a place where every child is celebrated. From Star of the Week to thoughtful keepsake crafts that families treasure for years, Ms. Colette has a special way of making every student feel seen, valued, and proud of their accomplishments.

Her kindness, creativity, and joyful spirit have touched generations of Mulberry families, and we're so grateful she's been part of our community for decades. Here's to another groovy year with Ms. Colette as our 3- half day preschool teacher!

For 9 years, Ms. Sharon has been helping Mulberry students discover just how fun learning can be! With a degree in Elementary Education and a heart for young learners, she creates a classroom where children feel loved, safe, and encouraged to grow into confident, independent individuals.

From classroom jobs like botanist and meteorologist to learning Spanish, French, and sign language, every day is filled with hands-on learning, laughter, and new adventures. And don't miss her favorite tradition—the Alphabet Countdown, where the last 26 days of school become a celebration of letters, songs, creativity, and play!

From sensory play and magical themed days to celebrating every little milestone, Miss Jessie loves helping each child grow in confidence while building a classroom family rooted in kindness and curiosity. We can't wait to see all the fun this year has in store!

Parent Hour Opportunity! 🌿

Help us get our playground ready for another amazing school year! We'll have fresh mulch and pea gravel ready to spread throughout our playground, butterfly garden pathway, and around our raised flower beds out front.

If you're able to lend a hand, please bring a shovel, rake, and, if possible, a wheelbarrow to help with transporting materials.

Your time and hard work can be applied toward your Parent Participation Hours. We appreciate your support in helping make Mulberry School beautiful for our Meerkats!

Meet Ms. Steph! 🍎✏️📓

She describes her classroom as welcoming, creative, and fun. She was drawn to Mulberry because of the small classroom sizes and parent involvement. As a preschool teacher her focus is to instill life skills. Such as, treating others with kindness, learning to be patient, following directions, listening, and learning to put coat, shoes, etc. on independently.

Ms. Steph can't wait to meet her new little learners for the upcoming school at back to school night!

Our Summer Camp crew had a blast hosting their very own Lemonade Stand!

A huge shoutout to Ms. Jessie, our amazing counselors, and our awesome campers for all their hard work serving our families, staff, and community. Their smiles, teamwork, and enthusiasm made the day a huge success!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to support our campers—we had an incredible turnout and truly appreciate your encouragement. What a sweet way to build confidence, practice teamwork, and make lasting summer memories! 💛
