My beautiful friend needed some professional headshots in a flash so we grabbed these at my place today… it was quick, fun, and I dare say they turned out amazing!

Headshots are funny to photograph because they have the appearance of being so simple and basic, yet there is an art to it. Instead of capturing something emotional like love, headshots are all in the subtleties… hand placement, posture, angles, facial expressions. But if you need em, come on over and I’ll be your artist 🩷

Hey y'all! I do have a couple spots open for Fall mini-sessions on Oct 5 this year!

$225 for 20 minutes and at least 20 photos!

Location is TBD, but will be naturey... probably the nature area by Maxwell Park off of Parkside road?

4pm and 5pm spots are currently open...

If there is a lot of interest I will open up more spots on Oct 4 or 19 ;)

It’s been awhile since I attempted and I will say I was pleasantly surprised by how much we could fit into 20 minutes!!
I have always focused so much on weddings that I’ve always struggled with imposter syndrome when I attempt family sessions, but I gotta say… my confidence is growing. I’ve genuinely enjoyed the families I’ve been able to capture lately!

I do love doing in home sessions! Hot weather didn't bring us down one bit, and there's that extra personal touch of it capturing that space in your family's history 🏠

Had so much fun with Stella at Funks Grove tonight! This girl does cross country, makes salsa with her dad, bikes with her mom, loves playing with their dog with her bro, loves the Beach Boys and ABBA. What a fun life you've made girl :) Keep sharing that beauty with the world.
