Make Music Normal is an all-ages, free-to-attend festival taking place annually in Uptown Normal. Featuring some of the region's best musical acts spanning all genres, the festival also focuses on participation, giving attendees of all-ages the chance to learn some choreography, play an instrument, sing with a group, and so much more.
