Here is that jacket after it was brushed out. It may not look a lot different but it is the little things that can make the difference to a buyer.

I did my first two whatnot shows last night! It’s a live selling app if you haven’t heard of it. I just want to be real about the journey because I always see posts from people about the thousands of dollars people sell in one show. The reality is it take consistency and networking to build a community. My first show I hosted had maybe 15 people in and out and I made no sales. The second show I spent a couple hours prior networking to others on whatnot posting about my show. I had over 200 people in and out in the second show and sold 10 items but only made $24. I know that I need to keep holding the shows to get higher numbers so that the auction prices go up. I’ll give it a few months with consistency and see how it goes! I did have fun being online and making some connections!

It’s my favorite thrifting season! Christmas! Here are a few of my favorite finds from this week!

I spent some time Sunday working on cleaning up listings after we had a garage sale the last two weekends. Usually working on listings isn’t my favorite part but it’s not too bad when you get to watch some golf and relax with family while doing it.

In a fall edition of this is my little table in the living room all dressed for fall. Everything from the table I found on the curb and redid to the milk glass candle I made was thrifted 🥰🍁🍂

Grateful sales are still picking up! We also had a successful 1 day garage sale this weekend to sell off some stale listings. How was your weekend?

This jacket was so rad but it had so many stains all over the silky vintage material. It was $12 bag day so I could have gotten it for a few bucks but I wasn’t sure I was up to the work it might take to get all the stains out if it was even possible. What would you have done? Pass or buy?

This was fun Depop exchange. Insults me. I accept the offer. Then he doesn’t follow through 🤷‍♀️Sometimes you have to laugh. I spent $5 on the coat so I wasn’t in a huge hurry to sell it so I started higher with the listing and then lowered it over the weekend.
