Illinois APCO is saddened to learn of the passing Illinois APCO Life Member Rich Bauer. While serving many years at DuComm as Deputy Director, he greatly contributed to the success of Illinois APCO and IPSTA serving as our treasurer. His work, along with others, helped establish the premier organizations we have today in Illinois APCO and IPSTA.
