Delta Chi is home again!
Over 30 men of the Illinois State Provisional Chapter have completed their move-in at the Illinois State Delta Chi Chapter House at 400 W Willow St.
The members are continuing to work to prepare for recruitment, along with readying the house for the academic year. Chapter memorabilia, composites, paddles, trophies, etc are all in process of being retrieved from storage and proudly displayed as time permits.
If you know of any quality men or legacies attending Illinois State this Fall, please send Associate Member referrals via messenger and they will be forwarded to the Provisional Chapter….

Potential changes that will limit sophomore exemptions. Greek housing should not be impacted and may be improved as it will continue to be a great option for those undergraduates that do not want to live in university housing.

Construction of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority house on the lot directly North cleared out the entire tree line.
BCC took the opportunity to place a new privacy fence on the property line (which was about 5’ To the North of the old fence) and just had some trees and landscaping planted. Four species of oak, a ginkgo and a red maple for some variety along with holly on the street side.

A few updates taking place for Tenants this Fall: the conference lounge in the basement and both basement bathrooms are being remodeled. The House Director apartment is getting some much needed updates (bathroom remodel, new flooring, fresh paint, etc). Lots of inside painting.
