For the past 10 years, Rachel Arbuckle has been a source of strength and compassion for local children and families. 💙

Rachel began her journey in The Baby Fold's Foster Care program as a caseworker, then a supervisor, and now serves as Assistant Director of Intervention Services. Known for her calm presence, thoughtful leadership, and genuine care for others, she has built trusted relationships with children, families, foster parents, community partners, and court personnel—helping guide countless children toward safety, stability, and brighter futures.

As one colleague shared, "I've seen how you navigate challenges with grace, how you advocate fiercely for the people we serve, and how you support your team with a level of care that makes this work sustainable. You’ve grown into each new role not by changing who you are, but by expanding the impact of your gifts — your empathy, your steadiness, your ability to see the big picture while never losing sight of the individual."

Thank you, Rachel, for 10 years of dedicated service and for the lasting difference you've made in the lives of local children and families. 🎉

The Baby Fold's Summer Camp is specially designed for children with special education needs, giving them the opportunity to experience all the fun of summer camp with the individualized support they need. From fishing and swimming to hiking, crafts, songs, and friendships, every moment is filled with joy and belonging.

August in National Breastfeeding Month! 💛 The Baby Fold's certified lactation consultants provide breastfeeding support to moms and families through education, counseling, and clinical management. We love supporting parents and families on their breastfeeding journeys!
