Welcome back to the 2024-25 school year! The PTO will have a table set up in the lobby during the Sneak Peek days to sell magnets and stickers. Magnets are $2 each or 3/$5. Stickers are $2 each. Can’t wait to see you all soon!

Today is the day!!!!
The annual Back to School Alliance backpack and school supply giveaway is scheduled for 10 am - 6 pm on Thursday, August 8, as a drive through event at State Farm Corporate South! Look for the Unit 5 tent!

We love having the district's ELL program at Chiddix, and we remember Anna Fukomoto fondly. Valentines Day Bliss! Salt Church threw an epic party for Chiddix Staff this morning. Kudos to the incredible souls at Chiddix, who are making a profound impact on children's lives every single day. And a special shoutout for graciously lending us your awesome work space every Sunday. We heart you all!

Today was the first semester Charger Champion breakfast. We loved celebrating all these amazing students who demonstrate daily what it means to be a Charger! 🧡🖤🧡

Unit 5 Schools will have an E-Learning Day on ​Tuesday, Jan. 2​3, due to anticipated hazardous road conditions.
Students should NOT report to school in person but WILL have classes online.

There will be no Tuesday morning practices or activities. A decision on after-school activities will be made by 2 pm, Tuesday.
An E-Learning day means that rather than closing school because of inclement weather all students will learn remotely. These days do not have to be made up at the end of the school year.

Due to forecasted temperatures and wind chills, Unit 5 Schools will be closed Tuesday, January 16. This is a traditional weather day with NO E-LEARNING.

Students should NOT report to school. Students will return to school in person on Wednesday, Jan. 17. There will be no practices, activities, or games before 3 pm on Tuesday. Coaches and advisors will share any schedule changes.
