Grades 1-12: August 17

Kindergarten: August 20

Early Childhood/Pre K: August 24

Care Mobile Clinic Open to ALL Students!

Date: August 7, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (First-come, first-served)
Location: Evelyn Alexander School

Visit your child’s school office to complete and sign the required consent form.

Provide a copy of your child's immunization record.

Note: Parents/guardians must complete the appropriate sections of the physical and consent forms prior to the clinic. The team will see as many students as possible, but no students will be accepted after 3:00 PM.

North Chicago Community Days Update: Today's parade & fireworks are postponed due to weather (will be rescheduled). However, the festival is STILL ON! Join starting at 2:00 PM for food, music & fun.

As we prepare for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year, please review these important deadlines and health requirements to ensure your student is ready for the first day of school.

🩺 Medical Compliance & Health Clinics
All students must be medically compliant by the first day of school. Health requirements (examinations and immunizations) are grade-specific.

Need to complete health checks or physicals? You can bring your student to our Health Clinic at North Chicago Community High School (NCCHS):

Dates: Thursday, August 20, 2026 & Wednesday, September 9, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Note: Please bring your student's completed health paperwork with you.
