We’re going pink with a purpose this October.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is about more than wearing pink. It’s a reminder to pay attention to our health—and to look out for the people we love.
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women in the United States, and screening can help find breast cancer earlier, before symptoms appear.
So here’s your October challenge:
💗 If you’re due for a mammogram, get it on the calendar.
💗 If mammograms aren’t part of your healthcare routine, check in with someone you love. Ask your mom, sister, partner, friend or coworker: “Are you up to date on your mammogram?”
That simple conversation could be an important one.
And there’s a little extra reason to schedule this month! Patients who come in for a mammogram during October will receive a free gift while supplies last.
Schedule your mammogram today: 435-713-1333

Triggers can be different for everyone. Stress, caffeine, poor sleep, dehydration, certain medications and other factors may play a role.

During Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Week, we recognize our APPs and the important role they play across the HCA Healthcare network. From listening and assessing symptoms to helping guide treatment and follow-up care, APPs are there for patients every step of the way.
As highly trained clinicians with advanced degrees, APPs bring deep expertise to patient care. At HCA Healthcare, we’re committed to advancing that expertise by investing more than $50 million in education and professional development annually — because supporting our colleagues means supporting better outcomes for our patients.
To all our APPs, thank you for the compassionate care you provide every day.

🤢 Is it a stomach bug, food poisoning or something more serious?
Mild nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may improve with rest and fluids. But some digestive symptoms — like signs of dehydration, blood in your stool, vomit, a high fever or severe stomach pain — shouldn’t be ignored.
Understanding the warning signs can help you know when symptoms may be managed at home and when to seek urgent or emergency care.
