Patrick Bellamy Realtor

As a sales agent for CENTURY 21 Thomas, I am here to help you successfully buy or sell real estate - whether it's a primary residence, an investment condo, acreage or other property. I am a 3rd generation resident of the North Myrtle Beach area with my family living here since the 1920's. My grandfather was the 1st mayor of Ocean Drive Beach - one of the original beaches that combined to create our current city. I am a "real local" who knows our area very well and have witnessed its phenomenal growth. If you are looking for a Realtor® with excellent knowledge of North Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas to help you find the perfect property, please give me a call. I assure you that I will work hard to find what you're looking for... on the oceanfront, waterfront on the inlet or Intracoastal Waterway, or something off the beaten path. I look forward to discussing your real estate needs with you soon.
