Jake's Custom Homes

🏠 THE NEW JAKE’S CUSTOM HOMES WEBSITE IS LIVE! 🎉

We’ve been putting a lot of work into building Jake’s Custom Homes into something bigger than just another remodeling company — and our new website finally does a much better job of showing where we’re headed.

From custom home builds to kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, and custom saunas, we’re continuing to grow while staying focused on the same thing that got us here:

People over profits. Quality work. Straightforward communication. And building things we’re proud to put our name on.

Take a look around the new site and let us know what you think! 👇

And if you’ve been kicking around an idea for your home, big or small, reach out. We’d love to hear what you’re thinking — even if it currently exists somewhere between a Pinterest board and a napkin sketch. 😂

Thanks!

Jake's Custom Homes
Built around people. Built to last.

Custom Home Builder in North Ridgeville, Ohio Jake's Custom Homes is a premium custom home builder based in North Ridgeville, Ohio. We combine skilled craftsmanship with clear communication, reliable scheduling, and proactive project management to bring your dream home to life.

A small change that makes a big first impression. 🏡✨

We transformed this front entry by removing the existing coat closet and replacing it with a custom built-in bench designed to be both functional and welcoming.

The walnut seat and back panels were clear coated to highlight the natural beauty of the wood, while the remaining cabinetry was professionally painted to create a clean, timeless look. Now the homeowners have a dedicated space to kick off their shoes, hang coats, and keep everyday items organized—all while making the entry feel larger and more inviting.

Sometimes the best upgrades aren't about adding square footage... they're about making the space you already have work better.

What do you think of the transformation?

🎨 Paint Week is in full swing!

This is the stage where a remodel really starts to feel like home again. Fresh paint is going on, trim is getting its final coats, and every room is coming together one detail at a time.

Last week we completed the hardwood floor refinishing, and this week we're putting the finishing touches on the custom front entry, fresh paint throughout the home, and working through the final punch list. We're almost there!

It's been a fun transformation, and we can't wait to share the completed before-and-after photos.

Thanks for following along! 🔨🏡

Project Update! 🏡✨

It's amazing how quickly a project starts coming together once the countertops, backsplash, and cabinetry are all in place. This kitchen is really starting to show its personality!

We're down to the home stretch. Hardwood floor refinishing is underway, painting is next, and then we'll be wrapping up the final punch list before handing this beautiful space back to the homeowners.

We can't wait to show you the finished transformation. Stay tuned—the before and after photos are going to be worth the wait! 🔨🙌

Thanks!

We started demolition on our next project in Cleveland, Ohio!

This homeowner is excited to get more cabinets and countertop space in her kitchen, a converted front entry closet into a bench to take off shoes and hang limited jackets, updated bathroom, and refinished hardwood floors throughout the first floor.

Don't forget about the designer styled tile backsplash in the kitchen, fresh coat of paint throughout, and new Luxury Vinyl Tile from the front entry into the kitchen..

Talk about a refresh!!
