This trend makes me laugh so much I had to contribute when I came across one with this song.

Thank you Emily McDonald for talking about the factory reset to our brain and life that comes from moving!!

I am living a completely different life from 2.5 years ago and the catalyst was buying a new home. Not only did everything have a new layout and organizational system, but I’m showing up differently than ever before. I experienced massive jumps in creativity and new ideas. Moving felt like a whole new canvas for life.

As always, there are small changes you can make today to reset your environment.

If you are ready to take a big leap, let’s talk about how intuitive real estate can help you visualize your next move!

Everything feels F*CKED lately so I thought I would share some good news

… and then the good news made me cry harder than the bad news.

Sometimes the right home doesn’t match the picture you had in your head.

It’s not always about the layout, the finishes, or what you thought you wanted on paper. It’s about how it feels when you walk in and whether it aligns with where you’re going next.

That’s why I guide my clients beyond the checklist. We focus on the energy of the home and the bigger goal it’s meant to support.

This review is a reminder that the “right” home is often the one you didn’t expect 🤍

✨ NEW LISTING and OPEN HOUSE ✨

Join me Saturday from 11 to 2 to tour this exceptionally maintained 4 bedroom brick colonial, tucked on a quiet cul de sac in one of Avon’s most sought after communities.

The current owners loved this neighborhood so much they waited over a year for a larger home to become available here. A strong indication of how special this area is for raising a family! They have now secured their next home and are ready to hand this one over to the next owners.

OPEN HOUSE CANCELLED!!

This beauty was listed for 24 hours when we got a great offer. I negotiated an even better one for my sellers and got them under contract after 48 hours on the market!!

The best part? They don’t have to drive around for 2 hours with their 2 large dogs in the car while I do an open house. 😆

The spring market has started. I have noticed a significant increase in real estate activity in the past 3 weeks! Message me if you intend to buy, sell or invest this year and let’s start making a plan!

The first listing of 2026 and day 2 of year of the horse 🤩

This one is special because it is the closest thing you will get to a Bob Schmitt new build these days. Built in 2022 with all the builder upgrades and then upgraded even more by the sellers!!

This detached cluster home has 2 ensuite bedrooms plus an office and an oversized laundry/mudroom. It includes landscaping and snow removal for low maintenance living! The community center has a pool, fitness center and playground.

📌Join Michelle and I at our open house this Saturday!

Posting about real estate feels hard today.

Put on Hamilton, shake it out, and call your senators.

I used (5calls.org) to direct me on who to call and what to say. These calls matter.
