The Ridge, our student-run coffee shop, opens this Monday, September 14, at 8:30 a.m., right after drop-off! Grab a friend and stop by for a cup of coffee; the first one is on Mr. White this year! Mr. Ringer, who runs the Business Institute, and Mr. White will be there, along with some of our Upper School business students, who can tell you more about the Institute and what they’re working on this year. Our Spirit Store will also officially be open, so stop in and pick up some new LRA swag!

TGWBIS: Thank Goodness We’re Back In School is a favorite LRA Upper School tradition! This beginning-of-the-year field day is a great way for students to build connections, show up for one another, and have tons of fun along the way. Students brought plenty of energy, teamwork, and House spirit to a day filled with Dodgeball, Pictionary, a whole-campus scavenger hunt, Tug-of-War, and lots of friendly competition!

Our Middle School students kicked off the school year with their annual Community Building Days! These fun-filled days offer students a chance to step outside the traditional classroom and focus on something just as important: getting to know one another. Through team-building activities, shared experiences, plenty of laughter and time together, students are building connections that will help shape their Middle School experience throughout the year. At LRA, we believe students learn best when they feel known, supported, and connected. What better way to start the year than by building that community together? 💙💛

And just like that… we're back! 🎉 What a wonderful first day at LRA! Our campus was full of bright smiles, new beginnings, familiar faces, and the excitement of starting a new school year. Here's to a year of learning, growing, exploring, and making memories together! 💙

We can't wait to welcome our community back to campus for a brand-new school year! The hallways will be buzzing, classrooms will come to life, and our 93-acre campus will once again be filled with the energy and excitement of our LRA community.

Parents, don't rush off after drop-off! ☕️ Stay awhile, grab a cup of coffee, and connect with other LRA families in the coffee shop area of the CRC.

Here's to a wonderful year ahead. We can't wait to see you tomorrow! 💙
