Putting the final touches on the new and improved Hands Up Boxing.
Youth boxing every Wednesday/Friday at 5pm. Lots of bag work and partner drills today. Getting these kids ready to spar.
Boxing basics every Monday/Wed/Sat/Sunday at Hands Up. Two trainers to work the fundamentals with everyone...one on one work. Classes are filling up fast so stop by before it's too late.
Busy 7pm beginner class. Two rooms and two trainers. Everyone gets personal training/mitt work/technique work in every class... No matter what. Bags, mitts, cardio, partner drills and core in every class.

Boxing tug of war time. Work that cardio. Too many fights have lost by bad cardio.
