DBI Development was established in 1995 and is a family owned and run company providing reliable and professional service to its customers throughout Connecticut. DBI originally started in the construction of new homes and remodeling before entering into the modular home building. DBI is a general contractor, wherein we can help the customer in all fascists of the building process from obtaining permits, demolition, design, and foundation to completion. DBI works with their customers to provide a quality product and to insure the satisfaction of their customers.
