This is an 85 hour work week, not including admin tasks I do from home - which, admittedly, I am woefully behind on. Add in travel time and these fall babies are keeping me busy!

🌡️As temperatures climb, there are a few summer habits that seem helpful but can actually make babies less comfortable and less safe.

Save this one for the next heat wave and remember: when it comes to summer babies, cooler is usually better than cozier. 😎

And, since the forecast calls for approximately one million degrees and fireworks, my pregnant friends deserve a fun, festive mocktail. 🫐🍓

Muddle the strawberries, half the blueberries, lime juice, and sweetener in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill with crushed ice, pour in the coconut water, and top with sparkling water. Add the remaining blueberries, then garnish with a sprig of rosemary or fresh mint. Bonus points if you use frozen blueberries instead of ice cubes to keep it cold without watering it down.
