What are you carrying that God never asked you to carry alone?

Tonight in our Faith Over Fear class, we talked about the weight we try to carry on our own—fear, anxiety, stress, hurt, control, and the burdens of everyday life.

The truth is, we were never created to fight those battles by ourselves.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7

When we keep holding on, the weight only gets heavier. But when we surrender those burdens to Christ, He gives us strength that we could never find on our own.

“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” – Isaiah 40:31

Tonight was more than a workout. It was a reminder that when we lay our burdens at the foot of the cross, Jesus meets us there. We opened up, prayed together, and were reminded that God is faithful in every season.

Stop carrying what Jesus already paid for.

Hang your gloves on the cross. Cast your burdens on Him. Let Him carry what you can’t.

Amen. God is good. ❤️🥊
