I help food-loving Christians lose the weight & actually keep it off. Permanent transformation. Not another temporary makeover. Not another diet. JoyfullyFit 365.

Not another challenge. A system built to last.

I just realized that with all the excitement surrounding Lauren coming back to Joyfully Fit, I never actually posted about this here.

On August 17, Lauren and I are leading our first 21-Day Fat Loss Kickstart cohort together since 2016.

We originally opened 20 spots.
Eighteen have already been claimed.
So, before the final two disappear, I should probably tell y’all what we’re actually doing. 😂

The 21-Day Fat Loss Kickstart is for anyone who’s ready to lose weight without following another overly restrictive plan they already know they won’t maintain.

You’ll begin with:
• Custom macros and a meal plan based on your body and goals
• A results-based workout program for fat loss
• Downloadable guides
• A gamified ecosystem and community designed to help you stay consistent
• Daily coaching from Lauren and me

We’ll help you use your macros and meal plan, progress through your workouts, increase your daily movement, and know what to adjust if your hunger increases, you miss a workout, or your weight loss slows down.

In the original version of our 21-Day Kickstart, members lost between 6 and 13 pounds.

By the end of these 21 days, you could be:
• Several pounds lighter
• Noticeably stronger
• Seeing changes in your measurements and how your clothes fit
• Enjoying the process instead of counting down the days until the diet ends
• Losing weight in a way you can continue without dreading what it takes to keep it off

The goal isn’t to help you lose a few pounds as quickly as possible, only to gain them right back.
It’s to help make these 21 days the beginning of your permanent transformation.

Only TWO of the original 20 spots remain.
Once they’re claimed, registration is closed, and we likely won’t offer another cohort until late September or early October.

Lauren and I would love to do this with you!

Losing weight isn’t the hardest part.
Keeping it off is.

If you’ve lost the same 7, 20, or even 50 pounds more than once, you don’t need someone telling you to “try harder this time.”

You need to change HOW you’re losing it.
Because if your plan requires you to barely eat, cut out everything you enjoy, and organize your entire life around losing weight, what happens when the diet ends?

You go back to your normal life.
And eventually, the weight comes back with it.

The difference between losing weight and keeping it off is HOW you lose it.
That’s why Lauren and I created the 21-Day Fat Loss Kickstart.

Beginning August 17, we’ll help you start losing fat while learning how to eat, exercise, and take care of your body in a way that fits your actual life.

You’ll receive:
✅ Custom macros based on your body and goals, plus a meal plan
✅ A results-based workout program for fat loss
✅ A gamified ecosystem with downloadable guides
✅ Daily coaching and community support
✅ Direct access to Lauren and me throughout the Kickstart

There were only 20 spots available, and we’re already down to the FINAL 5.
Once those five spots are filled, registration closes.

Use code KICKSTART25 for an additional 25% off.

One of the easiest ways to become frustrated is expecting one habit to solve ten different problems.
No single tool does that.
Not in finances.
Not in relationships.
Not in business.
And not in your health.
The people who keep weight off for good don't usually have one secret.
They've simply learned to put a lot of good habits together until they become a lifestyle.
That's what turns short-term success into permanent results.

One of the hardest things about emotional eating is that it usually works...
For about 10 minutes.
Then you're left with the same problem you started with.
Except now you're also frustrated that you ate something you didn't really want or need.
Temporary relief isn't the same thing as a real solution.
The sooner we learn the difference, the easier it becomes to break the cycle.

One missed workout rarely ruins someone's progress.
One meal rarely ruins someone's progress.
One weekend rarely ruins someone's progress.
What usually does the damage is everything that comes after.
"I'm already off track."
"I'll just start over Monday."
"I already blew it."
The event wasn't what got them.
Their response to the event did.
Learning to respond with wisdom instead of emotion is one of the most valuable skills you can build if you want your results to last.

One of the biggest misconceptions about healthy people is that they spend their lives avoiding the foods everyone else enjoys.
They don't.
The difference isn't that healthy people never eat pizza, cookies, or ice cream.
The difference is they know how to fit those foods into their calorie budget without feeling like they failed.
That's why sustainable fat loss isn't about avoiding your favorite foods.
It's about learning how much your body needs so you can enjoy life without constantly starting over.
That's a whole lot different than trying to survive another restrictive diet.

Most people think reaching their goal weight is the finish line.
It isn't.
That's actually where one of the most important phases begins.
Reverse dieting is the process of gradually increasing calories after a fat loss phase so your metabolism has time to adapt back to higher calorie intake.
Skip that step, and a lot of people go right back to eating the way they did before the diet... only now their body is burning fewer calories than it was when they started.
That's one of the biggest reasons the weight comes back.
Fat loss gets the weight off.
Learning how to maintain it is what keeps it off.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is believing they ruined everything because they had pizza, ice cream, or dessert.
You didn't.
The question isn't whether you ate pizza.
The question is whether it fit within your calorie budget for the day.
Healthy people don't stay healthy because they avoid certain foods forever.
They learn how to fit those foods into a way of eating they can actually live with.
That's a whole lot different than believing one slice of pizza somehow erased a week of good decisions.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is assuming they've "already tried that."
"I've counted calories."
"I've tracked macros."
"I've done Weight Watchers."
Maybe you have.
But let me ask you something...
Did anyone ever teach you what to do on vacation?
How to eat during the holidays?
What to do when stress throws your routine off?
How to increase your calories without regaining the weight?
How to keep making progress when fat loss stalls?
How to maintain your weight once you reach your goal?
Those aren't small details.
They're the difference between temporarily losing weight...and actually learning how to keep it off.
That's why I coach the whole system, not just one piece of it.
If you've ever caught yourself saying, "I've already tried that," there's a good chance you've only been shown one small piece of a much bigger system.
If you'd like the guide, comment GUIDE below and I'll send it over.
