Meet Corporate Chef Ajay Popli. Ajay joined the DineAmic team in March 2026 and has been bringing his passion for the culinary world to the kitchen ever since.

His favorite dish? Lamb Shank Yiouvitsi, paired with a healthy pour of Xinomavro.

When asked what he loves most about being a chef, Ajay shared, “I find it endlessly stimulating. Every day brings a new challenge to take on, something new to learn, and such a wide variety of people to work with.”
