A vital nondenominational church where children, youth, and adults build life-changing relationships
We are a vital nondenominational church where children, youth, and adults alike build life-changing relationships with God and one another. We know that circumstances in our world have changed the way we operate our daily lives. But we want to keep expressing an open heart toward others and emphasizing that we have not cancelled church but altered the ways in which we continue to be the church during these challenging times. Each week, we continue to offer a variety of inspiring worship services, a rich range of spiritual growth resources, and a selection of service ministries aimed at changing the world for good. In-Person Worship
We look forward to worshipping with you at one of our five in-person worship services on Sunday mornings. If you prefer to worship at home, we stream all of our services live online at ChristChurch.us/online. Worship services will be available for on-demand viewing in our Media Library here: https://media.christchurch.us/media/2401

What if the pressure we received as Christians squeezed out the best in us, squeezed out the cross?

It was great to see you today, Christ Church!
Have a wonderful week!
"He wants to set you free from those lies. He wants to set you free from the lies that you are not forgiven, that you condemned at the cross. That is not who our Jesus is and it's not the life He invites us into."
Rev. Suanne Camfield talks to us about the grace that is readily available to us freely, despite what we've done, as we continue our series, The Jesus I Wish You Knew.

We all struggle with disappointment. The effects of that struggle can lead to very real consequences. When we make an oath, we put our integrity to the test and the "imago de" in us takes the hit.
How might we be able to balance such a tension?

"Will Jesus still love me the exact same if I don't do this well?"
The truth is, Jesus still loves us the exact same, no matter what. His love does not shift on a sliding scale. It's abundantly available to us with the hope that we would live differently because of it.

What does God ask of us?
That we love.
That we love God, as our relationship with Him is "the fount for every blessing."
And that we love one another, that the forgiveness and reconciliation we've received from God may be extended to our neighbors here on Earth.
As we continue our series "The Jesus I Wish You Knew," Rev. Dr. Dan Meyer discusses, “The Jesus Who Wants to Heal What's Broken.”

What does it really mean to love our neighbors and serve the least of these as we follow Jesus?
Join us for a FREE interactive workshop led by Tony Daniels of Breakthrough Ministries, where we'll examine what it means to serve "the least of these," practice mercy in everyday life and live as salt and light in our neighborhoods, workplaces, churches and communities.
We hope you'll leave challenged to move beyond good intentions toward a life of active compassion, faithful presence and gospel-shaped neighboring.

When Mike and Molly moved from Chicago to the suburbs, they found it difficult to find their people. New city, new stage of life — would they find new friends to share the journey?
Then they joined a small group. Now they've got familiar faces every week, enjoying a group of similar young married couples. "It really helps make a bigger church feel a lot smaller," Molly says.
None of that happens without some one who's willing to open their home or facilitate the conversation. You don't have to be a Bible scholar; just a friendly face who can create a safe space for folks to explore God's Word together.
We need a few more small group leaders and host homes this season to create new groups for people of all ages and stages.
