Sara was a previous buyer for Bloomingdale's and Maureen was a former Wall Street executive. They’re not sisters by blood, but they are by law (sisters-in-law to be precise)! And are definitely bonded by their love of fun, affordable, quality clothing! As full-time moms (3 kids each) they know what it is like to be busy and have very little time to shop. Prior to the creation of Social Threads, Sara and Maureen constantly shared their search for affordable, high quality, unique clothing for their family-centric lifestyle (weekends at the beach, school pickups, hanging on the sidelines, and even date night!) Their frustration with the lack of one-stop shopping led to the creation of Social Threads. A carefully curated, affordable selection of clothes that you’ll want to wear, feel good in and feel even better when you receive lots of compliments on your updated style!
