Big news for Oceanside! 🌊✨ Main Street America (Main Street America) has officially named MainStreet Oceanside a 2027 Great American Main Street Award (GAMSA) semifinalist, the nation’s highest honor for downtown preservation and revitalization. 🏆🎉
Out of a competitive nationwide pool, a panel of experts and leaders in community development and historic preservation selected just eight communities across the country that demonstrate excellence in transforming their downtowns using the Main Street Approach™.
