Aztecas Basketball

A feliz happy birthday to Nancy Chávez Ruiz . Nancy is such an important part of our bball familia. Started with us as a 4th grader and started playing with our varsity girls as a 5th grader. As a freshman played varsity and was one of the leading scorers on her HS team. We definitely gonna celebrate your senior year!!! Vamos!!!! We appreciate you more than you know. Happy 18th !!! Mucho love to you and your familia!!! 🤎

Happy to see this group end on a high note. Wrapped up the 3peat with Thrive SD 🏆🏆🏆… for us and what we represent it’s simple. Play where it is a solid environment and your community/support is at the up most. No need for fancy name brands or shoe contract circuit division’s. Just play for the love of the game and to keep the game fun. Our tournament team always brings our hidden gems in the county and is a platform for them to perform and be seen. We see you familia!!! Vamos!!!

Next up is the 4th-6th grade team…numbers continue to grow for the program edging us around 70 players combined boys & girls. From our very first teams to our latest teams; we are very excited to see kids reach their full potential. Pictures featured are some of our generational teams of past and the first team that helped give us the idea for this program

Weekend road trip to AZ with our boys & girls program hosted by … more than just basketball the relationships you build with players, players with their teammates and the class you show when you represent on and off the court. We couldn’t have asked for anything more 🤎✊🏽🙏🏽 ???

Congratulations to our D.3 SDCIF winners over at .basketball … ✊🏽🤎 dedication and culture goes a long long way!!!

SENIOR NIGHT!!! 4 years ago this girl came into the gym wandering around looking lost and asking about volleyball opportunities. That conversation definitely took a turn when we sold our Aztecaball basketball program to her. 4 years later she’s playing varsity and going undefeated in league. She still wants to play b-ball in college so this journey continues. She is our comeback player of the year and we could not be any prouder of her. you definitely earned your flowers . Pun intended ✊🏽🤎🏀 🥲

We got to see .4 play his first college home game for Palomar tonight as he dropped 18 points. To come across and get to coach a player like this is a very rare these days. Such an honor ✊🏽🙏🏽 and familia 🤎

We been waiting to post this one. One of our own will be the assistant coach of her alumni school she played with . Being a varsity head coach at 18 years old and now at 22; she will be coaching at the college ranks. We are always so proud of our pursuing a passion that keeps them in the community and being able to give back. Let’s go Evers!!! 🙏🏽✊🏽🤎🇲🇽

Second chance of life !!! 🤎✊🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽 we celebrate you .033
