This is the last week for the Southern Block menu!
Come try what one guy said was the best Jambalaya he's ever had! 😁 Fried chicken sandwich is on point too!

August will see the return of the Hula Around the Block Hawaiian menu. Much Aloha!

If the walk-in is getting a little warm with this heat, adding a pan of ice behind the fans helps drop that temp down!

Just an FYI, I get asked occasionally about meal prep options as that was part of the original iteration of Chef Around the Block. I have not done meal prep in a while. Maybe for the holidays!

I do highly recommend Mealbox by Chef Will Birge for your weekly meal prep needs.

Cooking dinner every night can be time consuming. Having a great Chef make your meals for you saves that time and, to be honest, would probably taste better than yours! 😁

Now, if you want, you should take a cooking class with me, we can eventually get you to that level, but in the meantime, use the professionals!

I've cooked for a lot of people, and it would be a great help to be voted for in Best of Omaha and the Omaha Magazine
Would be cool if they had a Cooking Class section, I'd sweep that!
