JOCO Design Studio

When your hubby loves closed cabinets but you’re all about the open shelving… you find a way to have the best of both worlds! 🤍✨ Closed storage + styled open shelving = the perfect balance of function and beauty.

Proof that good design isn’t just about looks—it’s about function, too. ✨ This pantry + breakfast nook transformation completely changed the way this family uses their space, adding storage, seating, and so much more everyday usability. Swipe for a couple before photos!

Want a bold, colorful kitchen without the long-term commitment of vibrant cabinetry or statement countertops?

For this kitchen remodel, we layered in personality through thoughtfully selected lighting and subtle tile accents—adding just the right amount of color and character while keeping the overall design timeless and versatile.

Primary Bath Renovation ✨

This primary bath started out surprisingly small, despite having multiple closets and an excessive amount of hallway space. By completely reimagining the layout, we transformed underutilized square footage into a stunning, spacious primary bath and a generous walk-in closet.

A thoughtful floor plan can make all the difference—and this renovation is proof that sometimes the space you need is already there.

Happy New Year! Loving the progress on this custom home build 🥰

Picture yourself creating delicious meals and gathering with family and friends in this beautiful kitchen over the holidays 💫
