20 years ago, Tobi Mathouser started at Goodwill Omaha as a mission program coordinator. Now, she's our President and CEO! 🎉

She's seen many sides of our mission, working as an organizational development manager, federal contracts director and director of mission advancement. She's spent every year showing what it means to lead with purpose.

As President and CEO, she guides our mission programs, federal contracts and retail operations. She's also active in the Omaha community through Rotary Club, Vistage and the Business Ethics Alliance.

Congratulations on 20 incredible years, Tobi! 💙
