Rearranged For Change

Garage sale is rescheduled due to rain forecast!!
NEW DATE: FRIDAY OCTOBER 2nd

Mark your calendars for our annual garage sale on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 25th!! Photos, time, and address to come!!

Staging tip: Red is a distacting color in photos, so we usually advise against it for staging. That is unless Red is the name of the goodest boy mascot who you get to see because it’s Tuesday, then we will allow it! Now excuse me while I go find a lint roller 😂

Happy Tuesday everyone!! We hope it feels as relaxing as this living room looks!

We had such an amazing time doing this with the Omaha Real Producers team!!
We can’t believe it’s been 20 years!! It seems like we stared just yesterday some moments and a lifetime ago other moments! So much has changed, grown, and expanded, but one of the things that will never change is how much we appreciate the clients we work with! It’s been a pleasure to serve the Omaha area for the last 20 years, and we are looking forward to the future!

Twenty years ago, home staging was still unfamiliar to many Omaha sellers. 🏡

Lisa Conover and Liz Cooley saw its potential. They launched Rearranged For Change with a Suburban, a flatbed trailer, their own furniture, and a willingness to work incredibly hard. ✨

Today, they regularly manage 30 to 50 staged homes at a time, helping buyers see possibility and helping Realtors create powerful first impressions. 🤝

We don’t always get to see the homeowners reflection to their space being transformed, but nothing beats their reactions! Whether it be peace of mind or total joy and excitement, we are so happy to share those moments with them!!

We make finished basements look fully finished with our staging details! It matters!!

We can’t wait for someone to fall in love with this home the way we did!

A living room you want to live in!! Your buyers will too! Peep the dining room as well!! We love!

We love this cozy living room transformation from the same house as our post last week!! Even our teddy bear friend agrees!!
