Compassion In Action is a faith based, non profit organization that works with individuals confined in prison and families affected by incarceration. D.A.W.G.S.
CIA Provides Pre-Release Educaton/Reetnry Preparation for men, women and youth incarcerated 3 to 9 months prior to their release or parole. We also work with youth incarcerated and youth in the residential treatment facility in Geneva, NE. CIA has relocated to the former Wesley House for our Headquarters to extend services to families affected by incarceration and to facilitate the late Dr. Joseph Jennings' R.A.W. Youth Corps Gang prevention program to break the cycle from cradle to crime. CIA will offer a wellspring of services to save the children, rebuild the family and strengthen communities in the Omaha area.
