Wednesday: BLUEFIN TUNA TORO IS BAAAAAACK. Fresh bluefin tuna, ceviche style. small diced and tossed with citrus, jalapeño, shallot, cilantro, scallion and charcoal grilled pineapple. Loaded on a house made crunchy corn tortillas taco with napa slaw and avocado. Do not miss this. A portion of each special sold will be donated to our friends at Sail On And Fly High for su***de awareness month

Thursday: Reuben! We have had lots of requests for this so get here before they sell out. House corned beef, chucrute, kajillion island sauce, gruyere and optional pickled beets on butter griddled caraway rye

Friday: we are so excited for this one. Our friends at Kinaara collaborated with us on this one. North 40 Premium Beef American wagyu langua marinated and sloooowww simmered in Kinaaras famous VINDALOO. Served on grilled local, legit af flour tortillas with blistered Long Walk Farm shish*to chutney, garlic cumin cremosa, candied tomato and fried shallots

Saturday: Traditional wagyu Chili con carne with cornbread waffles. Wagyu beef sloooowwww simmered with traditional dried peppers, fresh peppers, onions and garlic. Topped with sour cream, cheese and scallion. Served with house cornbread waffles.
