Congratulations to Customer Care Specialist, Susan Harrison! Susan is one of our new team members, starting at PayPLUS just 3 months ago. Susan is grandmother to five, with another due in December! She loves spending time with her three kids and all the grandkids. When she’s not helping others or hanging with her family, she enjoys sewing, baking and solving jigsaw puzzles. One of our most common issues when reviewing payrolls is that the Carepro numbers that have been imported are wrong. To help solve this issue, if you check your numbers (adding up your numbers on your payroll platform and comparing them to your timekeeping platform) you'll see an issue and be able to correct it before it becomes a major problem that involves employees being paid incorrectly.
