Dr. Bishop Lea Saxton is a dynamic faith leader, mental health therapist, and visionary entrepreneur with a heart for holistic transformation. Holding a doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Dr. Saxton is also a passionate author, seasoned teacher, and ordained bishop who empowers lives through both biblical wisdom and clinical insight. As co-leader of Rooted & Rising Fellowship alongside his wife, Dr. Waneko Saxton, he brings decades of experience in community empowerment, leadership development, and emotional wellness. With a unique professional background that spans corporate development, music performance in opera, and spiritual formation, Dr. Saxton’s multifaceted calling reflects his commitment to healing the whole person, body, soul, and spirit. He is the founder of a thriving care agency that serves individuals with developmental delays, and his impact stretches across pulpits, boardrooms, counseling spaces, and educational platforms. Dr. Waneko Saxton is a mental health therapist, trauma recovery expert, and passionate Christian minister. She holds two doctoral degrees,one in Mental Health Counseling and another in Organizational Leadership—and blends her academic excellence with deep spiritual insight. As a scholar, teacher, speaker, author, entrepreneur, and counselor, Dr. Saxton has devoted her life to helping others reclaim their identity, navigate mental and emotional struggles, and experience healing through faith and clinical tools. Her educational achievements include Summa and Magna Cum Laude honors, a Presidential Award, and recognition for outstanding leadership. She is the founder of Be Made Whole Counseling Services and co-leads Rooted & Rising Fellowship. With a compassionate voice and prophetic anointing, she ministers healing to broken hearts and equips others to walk in emotional wholeness and spiritual authority. Dr. Saxton is also a devoted wife to Dr. Bishop Lea Saxton and mother whose legacy is rooted in lifting others toward God’s freedom and purpose.

We're new residence of Moreno Valley, and we’re excited to build new connections within our community!
It's our desire to possibly start a weekly Christian Bible Study for about an hour. This gathering is a space to study God’s Word, pray, talk about real life, and encourage one another.

✨ You’re Invited to Worship With Us! ✨
Join us this Sunday at Rooted & Rising Fellowship for a powerful message that challenges us not only to pray for God’s will—but to be willing to move when God says move.
📖 Message:
“IT’S TIME TO MOVE”
Main Scripture: Matthew 6:9–10

Jesus taught His disciples to pray, “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” But God’s Kingdom was never meant to remain something we only pray about—it is something we are called to participate in.
There comes a time when prayer must lead to action.
A time when faith must move beyond the walls of the church.
A time when we stop waiting for someone else to go, speak, serve, love, help, and share—and realize that God has called us.
Jesus said, “Go.” He told His disciples to make disciples of all nations. He promised them power to become His witnesses. He called His people the salt of the earth and the light of the world. And the Gospel is still the power of God unto salvation.
🔥 This message will challenge us to consider:
• Are we only praying for God’s Kingdom to come, or are we helping carry His Kingdom into the world?
• Why Jesus gave the Church a command to GO
• What it means to be witnesses for Christ wherever God has placed us
• Why we cannot hide the light God has placed within us
• How love allows the world to recognize that we belong to Jesus
• Why the Gospel must be shared—and why someone may be waiting for you to tell them
• Moving beyond simply hearing the call to actually answering it

📖 TODAY’S MESSAGE
“THROUGH THE FIRE”
Isaiah 43:1–2
🎤 Today’s Message by Pastor Dr. Waneko Saxton
God never promised that being saved would exempt us from trouble, opposition, or difficult seasons.
Isaiah 43:2 doesn't say IF you walk through the fire. God says:
“WHEN you walk THROUGH the fire…”
That word THROUGH matters. It means the fire is not your final destination. You may be in it, but you're not staying in it.
And notice—God doesn't say run through the fire. He says walk.
Sometimes the process lasts longer than we anticipated. Like physical therapy after an injury, before you can run, you may have to learn how to walk again. Spiritually, God uses difficult seasons to teach us how to walk by faith and not by sight.
And while we're walking, God gives us a promise:
“When thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” — Isaiah 43:2
🔥 IN TODAY’S MESSAGE WE’LL LEARN:
• Why salvation doesn't exempt us from opposition
• Why God said “through” the fire
• Why He said “walk” instead of run
• What the three Hebrew boys teach us about trusting God in the fire
• How the fire can burn what has us bound without destroying us
• How God restores what was lost and gives beauty for ashes
