Taking a quick video of your home before something happens can make all the difference when you file a claim. Walk through each room and capture furniture, appliances and other belongings so you have a record you can easily access. It may seem small, but it’s a habit that makes your claims process way easier if you ever need it.

Hey y’all. Michael here. As an independent agent, I always try to do business with companies I have faith in, and last week I became a customer myself.

Our dog Phoebe recently had airway surgery along with her spay. Between the vet visits, driving back and forth to Houston, finding somewhere to stay, and helping her recover, it was a lot to manage. Here comes the next round of rain for Southeast Texas. Looks like it’s moving to the northeast pretty quickly. Will keep an eye on it for you throughout the afternoon. Stay with Your Weather Authority and you’ll be ahead of the storm.

So this morning, the NOAA NWS National Hurricane Center has outlined an area near the west coast of Florida as a potential spot for some development over the next 7 days. An area of low pressure could develop in the northeaster Gulf and move northeast across Florida. There is still a long time to watch this and quite frankly the models have been flip flopping all over the place when it comes to the potential of this would be system. We will continue to watch it and keep you ahead of the storm.
