Trapped Behind the Scam: this year's recognizes the growing crime of individuals being forced to scam. They are lured by fake jobs, before being forced to carry out online scams under thread of violence. Confined, beaten, denied care, and starved, survivors of these scam centers are left with physical and mental trauma while remaining at risk of exploitation. That's why EverFree's work is so important.

Using our Freedom Lifemap technology, we were able to understand scam center survivors' unique needs, connect them with them with targeted care, and track their progress.

After just 6 months:
💚 94% were no longer facing a life threatening health crisis
💚 Mental and emotional health improved for 9 in 10 survivors
💚 70% gained critical skills they needed for safe work, significantly reducing their risk of being trafficked again
