Laura graduated from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Laura worked for one of the largest REO/Asset Management firms in Orange County during the downturn of the real estate market which familiarized her with short sales and foreclosures. After that she went on to work for FMV Opinions, Inc., a Valuation and Financial Advisory Service firm which focused on valuations for estate and gift tax purposes. While at FMV Laura primarily dealt with real estate holding entities and had the opportunity to work with high net worth individuals, attorneys, and CPA’s .
