Upon arriving at Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, visitors are greeted by a larger-than-life portrait of Miles “Lowell” Edwards. The co-inventor of the world’s first artificial heart valve is depicted on the concrete facade using the Artico Neo process. This textured concrete continues inside, guiding visitors through the lobby and up to the second level, where a custom pendant of the heart valve is suspended. This was a full team effort in collaboration with OU from concept to installation to ensure the imagery and ex*****on honored the narrative.

We had a blast hosting the latest event at our office last week! It was a festive night of tacos, connection, and storytelling. We were inspired by everyone’s inventive use of materials during our workshop as they translated the experience of their favorite meal into something physical. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

We’re proud to have supported our friends at OU in bringing Heartburst to life for Edwards Lifesciences. This sculpture honors the patients whose lives have been positively impacted by the company’s innovative structural heart technologies. Crafted from Malaysian-sourced bamboo, this piece draws inspiration from the original Heartburst that debuted at Burning Man 2023.

Our team had a heavy hand in the design engineering and fabrication, playing a major role in transforming the creative concept into a large-scale, buildable installation. We’re honored to have helped shape this powerful work from concept to reality.

Excited to share our work for this confidential tech client in San Diego that supports specialized electronics labs with a culture rooted in creativity, sustainability, and wellness. We partnered with ’s interior architect team to develop a distinct narrative and visual strategy—a cohesive transition between the buzz of the urban city and the calm of San Diego’s natural landscape.

We designed, fabricated, and installed sculptures, floor graphics, murals, environmental graphics, styling, immersive conference rooms, wayfinding, and curated art. Our process was deeply collaborative, ensuring our scope felt integrated with playful moments and hidden surprises for the users.

The layered elevator lobby installation was designed using geometry pulled from the storytelling throughout the floor, with integrated viewfinders showcasing vintage postcards from iconic San Diego locations. As users traverse the floor, they are greeted by a Monte Carlo-themed conference room, Balboa Park wall-mounted sculptures, and a poster series highlighting a cyclist’s journey from downtown to home. These areas, with the rest of the floor, weave together local identity and a sense of belonging for the client’s employees.
