September is actually one of the best times of year to dial in your bike fit before the off-season. A lot of riders don't realize how much an improper fit affects comfort and performance until they fix it. 🚴♀️
Common signs you might need a fit check: knee pain after longer rides, hand or wrist numbness, lower back soreness, or feeling like you're always fighting the bike on climbs.
