First Tee - Central Florida

Every year, First Tee participants who meet the eligibility criteria and are selected have the incredible opportunity to compete in one of our most special events — the Pure Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee at historic Pebble Beach Golf Links in California.
This year, our very own Sadie Goodman proudly represented First Tee – Central Florida, and what a week it was! ⛳️
Sadie played phenomenal golf throughout the tournament. Not only did she make the cut, but she entered Sunday sharing the lead with her partner Tommy Gainey — an incredible accomplishment on one of golf’s most iconic stages. She ultimately finished just one shot off the lead.
But the final score is only a small part of what made this experience so special.
Throughout the week, Sadie created lifetime memories, embraced every opportunity, and showcased the skills, confidence, and values that we work to instill through First Tee. Even more special, Sadie now gives back to our program as one of our Junior Coaches, sharing her love of golf and the lessons she has learned through First Tee with the younger participants in our classes.
Sadie, we could not be more proud of you! Your accomplishments on the course are incredible, but the person you continue to become — and the way you give back to others — is what makes us most proud.
We can’t wait to see what’s next for you, and we’re already looking forward to the next Central Florida participant who will have the opportunity to experience this amazing event and create their own lifetime memories.
Congratulations, Sadie! We are so proud to call you one of ours!

There are many ways of supporting our program and one is donating golf equipment. Look around for that equipment that is not in your use but can be put to good use for our kids!
