With nearly 50 years in the attractions industry, Chip Cleary revolutionized water parks by designing them like theme parks, bringing groundbreaking projects such as New York’s award-winning Splish Splash and Europa-Park’s Rulantica to life.

His industry leadership includes executive roles at Palace Entertainment and Parques Reunidos, as well as serving as IAAPA Chairman and President & CEO, where he helped expand IAAPA’s global operations, strengthen its regional presence, and advance its trade shows worldwide.
