🎾 Quinn C. | Week One at Atlas Performance Training

Every great athletic journey starts with a strong foundation.

Week One is officially in the books for Quinn C., and we’re excited to begin working with this talented tennis athlete.

Our goal at Atlas Performance Training is to develop the total athlete—building the physical qualities that allow athletes to perform their sport more efficiently while creating a foundation for long-term athletic development.

During the early stages of training, we focus on learning movement patterns, developing strength and stability, improving mobility and flexibility, and establishing proper training habits before progressively increasing intensity and complexity.

For a tennis athlete, that foundation is especially important. The ability to accelerate, decelerate, rotate, change direction, produce force, and recover efficiently all starts with quality movement.

This is only Week One. The real work—and the development—starts now.

Build the foundation. Trust the process. Develop the athlete.

Welcome to Atlas, Quinn! 🎾💪

Patrick G., an AP Excel Personal Training member who has been working through the process of rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence after double knee replacement surgery.

This video highlights examples of the training we use to help Patrick progress beyond basic rehabilitation and work toward returning to the active lifestyle he enjoys.

His program focuses on:

🦵 Rebuilding lower-body strength
⚖️ Improving balance and stability
🔄 Developing better mobility and movement control
💪 Progressively rebuilding strength and confidence
🎯 Preparing the body for the demands of everyday life and an active lifestyle

At ATLAS Performance Training, we understand that completing physical therapy is an important milestone—but for many active adults, it's not the finish line.

Our AP Excel Personal Training programs are individualized to meet each member where they are and progressively challenge them as their strength, mobility, and confidence improve.

The goal isn't simply to recover. The goal is to get back to living the life you want.

These exercises are examples of Patrick's individualized program and should not be considered a substitute for medical care or physical therapy.

Train Smart. Move Better. Live Stronger.
