Employee Appreciation Day came to Daleville in the form of pizza! 🍕

With a testing event happening tomorrow and the Orlando team traveling later this week, the celebration was moved up to make sure everyone on site could take part. The result? Plenty of pizza, lots of smiles, and a chance for the team to pause and enjoy each other’s company.

Even though our teams are separated by geography, the dedication and teamwork between Daleville and our headquarters in Orlando make AVT Simulation stronger every day. We’re grateful for the hard work, professionalism, and passion our employees bring to supporting the mission and the Warfighter.

A big thank you to our Daleville team. We appreciate everything you do!

Happy Birthday to the United States Navy Reserve! ⚓

Established on March 3, 1915, the Navy Reserve has proudly supported and defended our nation for over a century. From active deployments to critical support roles at home, Reserve Sailors stand ready to serve whenever duty calls.

Thank you to all who have worn the uniform and continue to uphold the Navy’s legacy of honor, courage, and commitment.

Today we celebrate the adoption of the United States’ national anthem, The Star-Spangled Banner!

Written by Francis Scott Key on September 14, 1814, after witnessing the British bombardment of Fort McHenry during the War of 1812, the song commemorates the battle and the sight of the American flag still flying after the attack. On March 3, 1931, it officially became the national anthem when it was signed into law by President Herbert Hoover.

Today, The Star-Spangled Banner stands as a powerful symbol of the courage and resilience of Americans, both civilians and service members, who stand firm in the name of freedom.

Since joining AVT, William has been instrumental in strengthening our strategic alignment with the Warfighter and our government partners. His decades of military leadership, operational expertise, and technical acumen make him uniquely qualified to lead AVT into its next phase of mission-focused growth.

As President, William will guide AVT's continued expansion of advanced simulation capabilities, manufacturing excellence, and program execution—ensuring AVT continues to innovate and deliver world-class training solutions that directly enhance operational readiness.

Please join us in congratulating William on this well-deserved promotion.
