Interstruct CONNECT on the West Church Corridor: 25th Anniversary Celebration; Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026 | 5–9 p.m.
Create, gather and move with 25+ creative collaborators as Interstruct Design + Build celebrates 25 years with a one-night-only experience on Orlando’s West Church Corridor.
Produced by Assemblage, CONNECT brings together working artists, makers, musicians and neighbors for hands-on art, live performances, food and w**e during Third Thursday Orlando.
Four U-Haul studios invite guests into ceramics, screen printing, floral art and analog photography, while the surrounding grounds feature live rug tufting, upcycled fashion, portraits, vinyl listening and neighborhood collaborations. Discover Tonester Paints' newly released Interstruct Orange paint, Assemblage’s INFILL anniversary w**e and Good in the Hood at ArtCube, featuring young artists from New Image Youth Center, Inc.

The people in the room will tell you… this was the concert experience of the year. And Saturday night’s audience said “thank you” to ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀʟᴀɴᴅᴏ ᴠᴏᴄᴀʟ ᴄᴏʟʟᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ with a 2:10 standing ovation. Absolutely well deserved. This is the kind of moment we at Creative City Project are proud to create. 16 world class musicians from right here in City of Orlando coming together to unite us for something unforgettable. Thank you to Massey Services, Inc. and Orange County, Florida 🍊 for supporting great art. Thanks to every musician, technician, designer, operations and bar staff who came together to bring it to life.
Do you see it? West Church Street is a CORRIDOR from the Stadium District to Downtown Orlando, connecting sports and entertainment, education, parks and green spaces, arts and culture, health and wellness. This is our vision for the West Church Corridor – where over $1 billion of development is currently underway.
We created this video map to show how these pieces connect, and how the West Church Corridor can become Orlando’s most walkable district.

The Interstruct Team at CFCAR Hallmark Awards, where they brought home two trophies: The Innovation Award for our Parramore Redevelopment, and Deal of the Year for our work on Travel + Leisure Co.'s global HQ on the West Church Corridor. It's been a great season at Interstruct, and a tremendous way to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

What began as a search for our next office became an opportunity to explore a different approach to development.
Adaptive reuse. Thoughtful infill. Flexible buildings designed for future uses. Public art. Community partnerships.
Six years later, those ideas have evolved into a headquarters, a home for Parramore Arts and the ArtCube, a gathering place for The Desire Foundation and Interstruct Connect, and a growing center of gravity along the West Church Corridor.
Thank you to CFCAR for the recognition and to everyone who has contributed to this work.
The work continues.

Fashion, art, music, local vendors, and a community that continues to show up for creative energy in Orlando.
This is part of our approach to regenerative development: investing in experiences, partnerships, and programming that bring people together, build community and create long-term momentum for the corridor.
